Hi Mario,

Every user had the opportunity to test IMatch before making up their mind. I
have never seen anything that forced anyone to buy IMatch. Since there is no
product to return, I see no way for a software vender to give a refund. Even
when the software comes on a CD, breaking the seal often makes a refund impossible.

Considering this and other factors, I must consider the author of the message
that you quote to be a fool. There are many fools in the world and if you listen
to them, many are nasty. Nasty and fool go hand in hand because part of being a
fool is that they don't know better than to be nasty and can not learn.

Most likely this fool considers me to be on of your "many ass kissing customers"
because I like IMatch, I like the support that you provide, and, even though
we have never met, I like you. It doesn't bother me to tell someone what I think
of them whether negative or positive but I tend to hold back on the negative
comments because I know better. If I had no restraint, I would be a fool like
the message's author.

I am not upset by being called an "ass kissing customer" and you should not be
upset by a fool's message. Just read the message as being the most foolish
customer support message you have every received and be thankful there have not
been worse. Fools can get far nastier. This one probably will.
