Hi,

From my memory, nobody has complained about this category. Why should they?

The category is *automatically* created when you create a new database.
Unless *you* delete the category, it will forever be there, doing it's job.

If you delete the category by accident, just create a new category with a name
to your liking just below the @All category and enter the formula:

"@Unassigned"

And you're done.

Many have complained of this problem. It seems somewhat strange that this should
not be created automatically or with a function. It is too easy to delete and
too hard to recreate.

As for the new forum, I am using it but do not like it nearly as well as this
one, much much slower to use.

I wonder what a vote would have done before this was moved. I do realize that
Mario wants it and it is his baby so I will eventually use nothing else, that is
the way life goes .

Hi Jordi,

Without knowing how you attempted to add "the @Unassigned category", I can't
say
what is wrong. This is what I will recommend.

1) Create a category called - All Unassigned (adding "All" will force the
category toward the top.
2) Right click on "All Unassigned" and select Properties.
3) In the dialog box add the Expression:"@Unassigned" (include the quotes).
4) Click [OK].

If those steps don't work, write again but I suggest writing to the new
forum at
http://ptforum.photoolsweb.com
