Which account?  The e-mail used here (as alerted in my initial 
message) is fictious.  Do to problems in the past with Korean 
spammers, I don't ever put my real e-mail address on Google or Yahoo 
groups.  You can reach me (for 5 messages) at 
[email protected].  I have sent 3 messages to the 
support e-mail ([email protected]) over the past day or so about 
the issue.
