Use of IMatch to record sales info?

Hi,

I'm a freelance stock photographer and am using IMatch to catalogue 
my image collection and find it excellent for this. However, now 
that I'm making a decent number of sales I would also like to be 
able to record the sales information against each image. Typical 
information I would like to record includes :

Date of sale, date of payment, customer name, agent, details of 
useage, value of sale, location photo taken,  etc.

It would be extremely useful to be able to then print reports on 
sales by image, by date, by customer etc.
 
Currently I'm recording this information on an excel spreadsheet but 
this is far from ideal - it would be much better if this was 
integrated with my image database, but I can't find anything in 
IMatch that would do this.

Is anyone using IMatch to record and analyse this type on info? Is 
so how? 

Or has anyone any suggestions for alternative methods / software?
