I am now on the new version and the IPTC info does not appear in the 
property window like before. I am following the instructions 
options/preference/iptc where I am advised to go to use configure 
button in property window with IPTC tab showing. Another blank window 
comes up with an add button but nothing to add. Am at a loss. Thanks
