Bug reporting tutorial for Inkscape 1.0 Alpha

So, I'm trying to make a video for ongoing bug reporting for Inkscape in
GitLab.

However, there is no page https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/issues,
which I assume is where we want most of the bugs reported, correct?

The best I could do at the moment is do a tutorial for how to report an
issue in the extensions sub-section:
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/extensions/issues

And that's because there's a big green button that says "New Issue" in the
upper right corner.

Is it that we have not added all the sub-sections of the project yet?
Can someone add those sections so I can work them into the tutorial? (I'd
do it but I'm bound to do it wrong).

Let me know. In the meantime, I'm making the animation bits, in hopes of
having the video ready by the 16th release of 1.0 Alpha.
