Prep for Inkscape 1.0 alpha

Hi all,

I am working on packaging issues for getting alpha put together.
(Nothing major, just a couple errors in the dist scripts.)

Please avoid any code changes from now until tomorrow.  If you have a
critical (and well-tested) bugfix it might be ok, but just check with me
first before landing it.

Translations, packaging work, and other non-code changes you know are
100% safe and correct, are ok to land for the next 24 hrs, but I plan to
cut the branch at that point.

Any other questions or concerns, just drop me an email or catch me on
irc or rocketchat.
