I've packaged and uploaded the source tarball for the 1.0alpha release:

  http://alpha.inkscape.org/releases/inkscape-1.0alpha.tar.bz2
  http://alpha.inkscape.org/releases/inkscape-1.0alpha.tar.bz2.sig

This can be considered official, although the actual release date for it
will be the 16th, to give packagers and web admins time to get
everything in place.

I'll roll the 0.92.4 package tomorrow; let me know ASAP if anyone needs
more time.
