        Patrick and I recently worked hard on writing this page: 
https://inkscape.org/contribute/report-bugs/, and also on revising the 
instructions that you see at the bottom of a new LP bug report (with all the 
smiley faces).  So all that info is very current, as far as what needs to be put 
into a report.

        I don't know if it's going to be possible on gitlab to have text 
instructions on a new Issue form.  Is that why you're making a video?  Can the 
video be accessed from the new Issue form?  Or can the new Issue form be 
customised in any way at all?

        I'll be glad to edit the Report Bugs page (linked above), to point to 
GL, if you like.  Or else of course you could do it as well.  But let me know if 
I can help with that, I'd be glad to :-)

I need it for the tutorial video on how to report bugs in inkscape on the new 
GitLab platform.
Something short like:
inkscape.com/report

Since I'm rushing to get the video done for release tomorrow, I'd rather not get 
into a long debate about what's the best way. If we make a better way later, we 
can change the video.

Time is of the essence. :)
