Re: [Inkscape-docs] Issue tracking for Inkscape moves to Gitlab

As a note, some people started filing bugs on gitlab that I'm sure were
in launchpad (not sure if they were updated there, as I don't receive
emails for updates on launchpad, only for filing in).
