I talked to Julia from K8 (the LGM organizers) and she confirmed that there 
will be room for the hackfest a few days before the LGM, either at the venue 
itself or at our office.

For further planning I'd need to know for how many people we need space and 
what else – besides tables, chairs, Internet and electricity – is needed.
