Hi Anatoly,

there are good technical reasons behind splitting out the tutorials, it 
is done similarly for all other packages like GIMP and LibreOffice. It 
is rather a usabililty problem of the software center you use for 
installing inkscape. (For comparison, the software setup on windows has 
a checkbox somewhere to enable or disable the tutorials.)

Creating surveys won't help -- someone has to do the coding.
