Language port : Hindi Can we remove fuzzy comments?

Hello, I am Abhay Raj Singh ( rathod_sahaab ) a gsoc aspirant from
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur

I was porting Inkscape to Hindi as it is my mother tounge and also I am
very familiar with English.

My Question is can we remove fuzzy comments if we are sure about given
phrase's translational validity??
