New "Inkscape Extras" group

Hi all,

In our gitlab setup, I've added a new team "Inkscape Extras".

The principle motivation for setting this up right now is to facilitate
work on the extensions, to establish a collaborative space for community
contributors to share their work, but with a clear delineation from the
core extensions that we as a project formally support and distribute.

Inkscape Extras can include other side-projects, experiments, and other
misc. codebases that are worth sharing with each other, but that we
won't be formally supporting, packaging, or distributing.


Access to Inkscape Extras can be given out broadly (i.e. we don't need
to require the 2-patch rule for access like we require for the "Inkscape
Devels" group).

Let me know if you have questions, or need help getting projects set up
under this group.
