This seems very reasonable Marc. I feel like we need a lot of gearing towards bug fixing over all, because a lot of developers are still working on features and old time developers that know a lot about the code aren't contributing as much. I wonder if we have a set schedule like this, if we could get very busy people to plan in advance to spend a week working on Inkscape bugs full time (or part time) in a sort of intensive bug week?
