I think this is a bug

Hi everyboy,

I am working on a new art in Inkscape, I was trying to export a logo with a
transparent background ... but even if I deactivate this it appears with a
solid white background, the file extension is png.

I guess if I deactivate the background, inskcape must to show no background
or said other way a transparent background.

Let me know what you think or if i in a mistake.
