Hi Patrick,

I did a "cpack -G WIX"
And that created an .msi package. :-)

If we are going to use this from now on, we should:
- publish the installer (only .msi or both?) immediately for beta
- remove the custom made scripts from source distribution
- update the wiki docs accordingly
