document properties window

I have inkscape 0.92 on windows 10 64 bit and the document properties
window opens way over to the right that only abut 1/4 of the window is
visible and  have to drag it over to the left to use it.

is there a way to set where it opens or at least have it open on the screen
so it's see / useable
