- Yes, this doesn't update newly added elements, if you're trying to
apply a new gradient to the group.

I've never tried it this way. I just noticed I intuitively go via flat
fill, to 'reset' all gradients for the group first.

- It's not all the objects I want to change visibly, just those with a
stroke. If there are some in the group that don't have one, I'm adding a
stroke for those with ctrl+a, and then applying your suggested way of
changing stroke width.

- It doesn't do that for me in 0.92.x. I can set the stroke width no
matter if the stroke is 'none' or not (well, if unset, it doesn't work),
and it also doesn't remove the stroke width when I set stroke to none.

For groups, I get the behaviour you describe, this could be a bug - but
I don't observe it for single circles.

Maybe there's a difference in our preferences files causing this? (and
in mine for master, too).

Or this has been fixed since the 0.92.3 release. And broke again for
master :) Maybe we can shed some light on this together later.
