I think we should never send a user to a page about how to submit questions
and suggestions, unless they have asked for the advice... lest we be sent
to a page dictating how to correctly respond to user requests and ideas. ;)

I'm with Brynn on this one: There's nothing wrong with the thread, and I
want the long version of the story rather than nothing, so I can formulate
a solution that serves the needs of the most users.
Even if I don't agree with the proposed solution as-is, it may uncover use
cases I hadn't thought about.
