Yup, Designer is quite the nice tool.

Reminds me of a review I've read somewhere out there in the wild where 
the reviewer comments that Inkscape always seems to be on the verge of 
greatness.

I know the intent was to be less-than-positive, but . . . at least they 
can admit to how close it really is.
