IpePresenter

Hi,

If anyone would like to try a simple presentation software for Ipe
presentations, it's available from my repository [1], which you can
download as a single tarball [2]. The curious can just see a
screenshot [3].

I've only tried to compile the software on Linux. It depends on Ipe
7.0.11. You'll likely have to tweak the Makefile.

Comments, bug reports, patches, etc. are very welcome.
