Hmm it seems that this produces IPE 6 files. When I try to run
ipetoipe on the output it says the version is too old and to use
ipe6upgrade to convert it. ipe6upgrade couldn't parse the file, so
does anyone have a working pdftoipe for windows that makes IPE 7
files?
