Hi Tim,

Have you (or anyone else) had any luck obtaining a 
WORKING Windows binary for pdftoipe? I have tried 
to compile it myself, but I'm new to this kind of stuff,
and Poppler seems to give me endless problems.

If anybody could either assist in 
(i) explaining step-by-step how to compile
pdftoipe under Windows, or 
(ii) simply post a working binary, it would 
really helpout a lot of people.
