start problem

Hello everybody,

I have downloaded "ipe-7.0.10-win.zip" and the  
"ipe-7.0.0-dependencies-win.zip" and have unzipped both. If I try to  
start the ipe.exe in the bin directory then a window opened and closed  
instantly. I use win7.
