This bug was fixed in Ipe 7.0.14.  I assume you are still using 7.0.10 
because you are on Windows?  7.0.10 is horribly outdated - it's from 
2009 - but I didn't have time to build newer Ipe versions for Windows.

It seems such a waste to put time in the Windows version of Ipe - 
Windows looks like a dying platform.  I'd rather think about the Android 
version :-)
