ipe 6 win32 binary?

Hi,

I wanted to try CGAL ipelets, provided here: http://cgal-ipelets.gforge.inria.fr which require ipe 6 as described in linked resource.
However ipe 6 is provided on SF as source package, which would require downloading too many dependencies before compiling, so I thought to ask if someone has already this binary?
