The problem do not show up all the time. But it definitely does happen.
For example, I just tried on an IPE file I had this problem on today,
and now it did not happen. I'll try to reproduce it, or when it
happens again, (which I know it will), will post a link to .ipe file
itself to the bug report you made there.
