Hi,

First of all thank you very much for the new release of IPE. I am using it
for many years now and I still find that's an amazing software.

I have an error when I intent to run the last version on windows 7 64 bits.

*The procedure entry point _create_locale could not be located in the
dynamic link library msvcrt.dll*

Should I install something else?
