You can just do this one-to-one:
\usepackage{tikz}
\usetikzlibrary{calc}
\usetikzlibrary{backgrounds}
This goes in the Latex preamble (Edit -> Document properties).
Then put the tikzpicture environment in a text object.
Attached is the example.
