Unzipping

I tried to unzip both the Windows 64 bit and the 32-bit IPE zip files from
the IPE website with Bandizip and then with Winzip. All four attempts ended
with the message that the files are defective and can not be unzipped. I
would very much appreciate if someone would send me the 64-bit program.
