Pdflatex error, Ipe7.0.10 on Mac OS10.6.4

I successfully complied ipe7.0.10, but I can't use it now. Every time I try
to run latex with some label on the graph, "There was an error reading the
Pdflatex output" pops out. I go to ~/.ipe/latexrun and find that the pdf
file is empty, so I try to compile the text.tex file in that directory with
pdflatex. This is the output,
