Nope, this is 32 bit x86.

I use two pieces of software that depends on Motif; Nedit and mgdiff.
I am already really close to replacing mgdiff with something that
works better and uses GTK+.

That just leaves Nedit and as much as I love Nedit, I can't imagine
putting in the effort required to fix it, just for the sake of keeping
Nedit. I actually think fixing lesstif/Nedit would be more difficult
(and less enjoyable) than writing a new editor from scratch using Ocaml
and lablgtk.
