blinkensim-2.8 released with b2mng

Hi,

just for your information, we've now done a release of blinkentools
with the updated b2mng tool. Thanks for all your help; I don't think I
would have got this done without it. Until we have finished the new
website for the blinkensoftware, the tarball can be downloaded from

 http://sven.gimp.org/blinkenlights/blinkentools-2.8.tar.gz

The bad thing is of course that the files created with this tool crash
quite some viewers out there, but hopefully libmng-1.0.8 won't take
too long.
