So basically you're saying you now *would* like libmng to offer a data-push 
mechanism next to the existing data-pull mechanism....?  ;)

But I still haven't had time to finish the few little changes I started on on 
sunday. Pfffftttt. I'll see what I can do, but don't hold your breath. It may take a 
couple of weeks. (unless you can come up with some timewarp machine that 
puts 50 hours into a 24-hr day)
