That is the so called mng glue code, which already exist but to save memory 
etc. we don't want one more stupid buffer inside the glue code.

The buffer was in the old mng glue code ... but to come back ton mozilla trunk 
with mng we should eliminate this extra buffer ... that's what we have done 
but now we have a new problem since someone have repaired another code inside 
mozilla :-)
