a broken indexed color MNG

Hi,

here you will find a MNG file that gmngview and mozilla based on
libmng-1.0.8 both refuse to render:

The file is generated by the GIMP MNG plug-in. The source is an
animated GIF, so this file contains indexed color PNG data with tRNS
and PLTE chunks. The GIMP plug-in used to create useable MNG files so
I wonder if we accidentally broke the plug-in or if this problem is
caused by the libmng update. It has been reported that the problem
shows up with libmng-1.0.6 also. This is being tracked at:

Perhaps you could use your magic tools on this file and check if
there's something wrong with it?
