Well, me and others. But in reality, you're not going to replace the OGG-video with MNG now are you? Although MNG can do large-scale video, it really isn't suited as the compression-ratio is far less than real video-formats, even using JNG and/or delta-PNG's. It'll work fine for sub-titling and perhaps cartoon-video's (with a limited number of colors), but in all other cases it would seem like a waste of space.
