libmng 1.0.6 beta1

Hi all,

Just released libmng 1.0.6 beta1. That's mostly concerning Glenn's incredible 
work to reduce the footprint for Mozilla's sake. I've also removed any email 
references still in the sourcecode. Not that it'll help, but...

I'm in the process of clearing out my websites and I think libmng.com will be 
dissappearing within a few months. It'll remain on SourceForge, so please 
change your bookmarks to http://libmng.sf.net

I'm just tired of deleting 100's of spam, viruses and those ever-annoying 
bounce-messages for emails I never sent in the first place, each and every 
day. And yes, I've tried all the solutions, and no, nothing works a 100%, so I'd 
rather be in the clear that I'm not receiving any messages on particular 
mailboxes, rather than having people guess whether or not their message got 
through. I can spent those 1-2 hrs a day with much more pleasurable things.
