Definitely maybe.  Currently this is going into a proprietary app, and I don't 
have the time (or knowledge) to do the registration magic to make it available 
to all apps.

However, if there's interest, I could probably get my boss to let me release 
it as LGPL, and someone else can put the finishing touches on.

DirectShow filters are just that -- filters -- and don't have any interaction 
with the UI.  Given that, I don't see how Dynamic MNG is appilcable.
