Hi, I've put another preview of GIF2MNG on the libmng website for download: http://www.libmng.com/download/gif2mng.exe (Windows installer; approx. 1MB download; libmng.dll-1.0.9.1135 included) There are now 32 various methods to optimize the input, which can be a batch of GIFs or, as of this afternoon, a batch of MNGs. I'm getting around 30% or more savings on average on various scores of GIFs around the net. (let's see APNG do better than that...) The MNG2MNG converter will do extremely well on those JASC Animation Shop files. So no more excuses that there aren't enough designer-tools for MNG! I'm using pretty much everything in the MNG spec, apart from MAGN and CLON. Yes, it does delta-PNGs, but filmstrips will do better most of the time. There's a few more methods I have in mind, but the results should already speak for themselves. So don't hesitate to get your hands on the best MNG encoder available to this date! -- Send the message body "help" to [email protected]
