libpng.org DNS switchover

I recently switched registrars for libpng.{org,com} and have just now
switched DNS for the former. Unfortunately, there's still a minor
glitch in the secondary server's setup, and the existing DNS servers
may remain visible for up to 24 hours beyond their expiration tomorrow,
so the upshot is that libpng.org may be hard to reach for a day or two.
Everything *should* have settled by Thursday, though, and there are
always mirror sites available (e.g., libmng.com and 3-t.com, thanks to
Gerard)--check Google's cached pages if you don't have any mirrors
bookmarked.
