Different page size for each canvas?

I have multiple canvases, but want each to be printed on a specific size paper.  I'd like to be able to use a single print command to have the entire document print (assuming the printer can dish up all necessary paper sizes), or to generate a single PDF.

Right now I have to change the page setup for each unique paper size, and print only the pages of interest for that paper size.

Any suggestions?
