Can I make global changes to the default file management options?

Specifically, is there a way/place to tell Omni Graffle Pro 5 to:

   1. save all files as flat files (vs. packages)
   2. never include a quick look preview
   3. always embed (vs. link) placed images

Or, do I have to change these for every new file?
