Re: New site for PNG documents at ftp-osl.osuosl.org

For those who find the new URLs overly complex and
hard-to-remember, the following are also available
now:

http://libpng.download/documents
http://libpng.download/documents/proposals

These will redirect to
https://ftp-osl.osuosl.org/pub/libpng/documents/
https://ftp-osl.osuosl.org/pub/libpng/documents/proposals/
respectively.
