I've just updated the pngbook demo programs:

This is a minor bugfix release to handle premature end-of-file and file
read-error cases correctly.  I also limited the display of the usage
screen to cases where the user actually typed something incorrect or
incomplete; it was long enough that the error message at the top in the
other cases was easy to overlook.

As with the last release, I've compiled but not tested Win32 binaries.
I don't have any particular reason _not_ to expect them to work, but then
again, I don't have any particular reason _to_ expect them to work, either.
