libpng-1.2.40 and 1.0.49 are available

libpng-1.2.40 and libpng-1.0.49 are available from
ftp://ftp.simplesystems.org/pub/png/src

This is a minor code cleanup/bugfix version.  Changes from libpng-1.2.39 are:

 Removed an extra png_debug() recently added to png_write_find_filter().
  Fixed incorrect #ifdef in pngset.c regarding unknown chunk support.
  Various bugfixes and improvements to CMakeLists.txt (Philip Lowman)

I intend for this to be the last of the 1.0.x/1.2.x series, with only
security fixes from now on.  Look for a 1.4.0 release in the near
future.
