libpng-1.6.6 is available

ibpng-1.6.6 has been released, to remove two stray lines in arm/arm_init.c
that caused libpng to fail to compile when ARM support is enabled.  This
problem was apparently due to a cut-and-paste error of some sort on my
part, which persisted in libpng-1.6.5 as well.

Unfortunately my build/test/release procedure doesn't detect errors in the
ARM supporting code.  The two bad lines are finally gone from libpng-1.6.6,
though.
