My tests have a complete pass on rc01 (therefore rc03) testing x86_64 builds with cross builds to armv6a, amv7l and aarch64. (Mostly GCC but including clang.) On armvl7l hosted builds and tests (which are somewhat slower) everything GCC passes so far and I have no reason to believe a complete pass won't result.
