Reminder: voting will close on the PNG Registration document on Monday, February 13, at 19:35 CST. Currently, unless I've lost some messages, there are 3 YES votes and one NO vote. A quorum is five votes, and for passage there must be 5 more YES votes than NO votes, and there must be at least twice as many YES votes as NO votes.
